Olalani Resort & Condotel, Danang

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The beautiful grounds, well-maintained pools, and fantastic food were highlights, making it a wonderful place for families. Unfortunately, my peace was disturbed by noisy guests, but the staff handled the situation admirably, moving us to a villa. I also faced issues with amenities due to a previous group disturbance, which could be a concern for future guests. Overall, it's a lovely place but with a couple of drawbacks.

My stay at Olalani Resort was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by the beautiful gardens and pools. The apartment we stayed in was cleaned daily and quite lovely, though our experience was initially dampened by noisy guests. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating and moved us to a much quieter villa. The dining options were plentiful and delicious. Unfortunately, some amenities were lacking, including a delay with pool towels, which affected the overall experience.

The resort feels like it has incredible potential, especially with its beautiful beach access and well-maintained grounds. The spacious rooms are great for families, and while the staff are friendly and helpful, the service can be slow at times. However, there are issues with maintenance and the dining experience could use improvement. Overall, it's a decent stay, but I’d look for updates before returning.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff really went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left behind my pouch. On the downside, I encountered issues with towel availability around the pool area, which was surprising given the hotel's occupancy.
